LOS ANGELES—Red Light District has received two nominations for the 2020 AVN Awards, including Best Anthology Production and Best Ingénue Production.
Both films, shot in 4K, deliver hot, detailed action in ultra-high resolution.
Perfect 10, nominated for Best Anthology Production, stars Eliza Ibarra, Adria Rae, Zoe Bloom and Demi Sutra as four flawless fatales in a compilation of hardcore interracial escapades.
Nymphs, which scored a nod for Best Ingénue Production, features Gianna Dior, Alina Lopez, Eliza Ibarra and Elena Koshka as youthful seductresses, with deep-seated desires that are more than meets the eye.
Red Light District was originally founded in 2001 and skyrocketed as an industry heavyweight and fan favorite by producing a slew of hardcore gonzo titles—more than 50 films within its first year alone. The studio, which was responsible for the release of now-infamous celebrity sex tapes including Amy Fisher Caught On Tape, One Night In Paris, and Screeched, was eventually sold to Pulse Distribution in 2008.
The studio was re-acquired in 2018 with the vision of continuing Red Light’s legacy in the adult video industry with unmatched production value and supreme talent.
“These AVN Awards nominations show us that our vision to evolve Red Light District is on a positive trajectory, and we couldn’t be happier,” said Lewis Adams, VP of sales. “To jump back into content production and pick up right where we left off, receiving nominations alongside so many industry powerhouses is an honor. Thank you to the AVN team, as well as our industry friends and collaborators for the continued support.”
Red Light District is one of four companies currently under the supervision of Joseph, including US Arcades—a streamlined adult video platform service for retail arcade stores, as well as Bedroom Products and Rock Candy Toys—two niche pleasure products brands, also nominated for multiple 2020 AVN Awards.
