HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Adult star and mainstream fashion model Rachael Cavalli has earned a MILF Performer of the Year nomination from AVN Awards for the second year in a row.
This year, Cavalli appeared in scenes from studios such as Family Sinners, Pure Taboo, Girlsway, MYLF.com, MILFED, MissaX, Brazzers, Jules Jordan, and many more.
