The company has announced they are looking to hire talent recruiters to scout out new faces to enter the porn industry. The company is paying up to $500 per new model referred to them.

PornApplication.com also offers for anyone on board with them, free training and tips on how to scout out potential leads who are interested in becoming a porn star.
