Delano’s brand-new Penthouse scene, "My Best Friend’s Mom Swallows 1,” opens with her sitting on a couch scantily clad in sexy lingerie and rocking stilettos with her legs open seductively making a come-hither motion. Jay Romero can not resist this offer.
