TAMPA—Clips4Sale’s webinar series “The Clips4Sale Legal Zone” will return at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT Monday, July 15. The pair will discuss multiple topics that impact Clips4Sale producers and the industry.
This “Clips4Sale Legal Zone” will have some hot topics including financial planning for the future and how it applies to everyone, 2257, and the U.K. age-verification postponement and what affect it will have on the industry. And lastly, Neil and Corey will discuss a recent Supreme Court ruling and the potential consequences for clothing line “FUCT” being refused a trademark due to the Lanham Act’s prohibitions on trademark registration applying to marks that “consist of or comprise immoral or scandalous matter.” It will be a highly informative hour that will conclude with a Q&A.
