TORONTO—Naked News anchor Eila Adams took to the streets of New York City to bare her assets in public for "six days of flashing." The events and footage were taken from May 25 to 30.
As a veteran anchor for more than 15 years, as well as the writer/producer and host of Naked News’ Flex Appeal fitness show, Adams regularly appears nude throughout each of her Naked News segments.
Said Adams of her stance on flashing across the city, "For over 30 years, it has been legal for women to go topless in New York City, which many women have embraced as a show of gender equality. If men can walk around shirtless without fear of reprisal, so too should women. It’s normal to be nude, and by 'flashing' folks as I go about my day, I’m just having a bit of cheeky fun and challenging the status quo."
