MONTREAL—Mile High Media reinforces its standing as a premier producer of adult entertainment with 37 nominations for the 2014 AVN Awards. Composed of studios Sweet Sinner, Sweetheart Video, Reality Junkies, and Doghouse Digital, Mile High Media’s array of nominations include categories for all-girl, drama, BDSM, vignette, MILF, foreign and transsexual.
“The Stripper,” from Sweet Sinner, is one of the most nominated series of the year, earning 7 noms. Helmed by director James Avalon, the series is up for Best Drama, Best Actress (Sunny Lane and Jennifer White) and Best New Series, among others.
Mile High Media directors James Avalon and Dana Vespoli were also well represented in the nomination list. Both filmmakers are nominated for Director of the Year, while Avalon is also in contendiion for Best Director – Feature (Shades of Kink).
