LOS ANGELES—Maitland Ward was the recipient of two AVN Awards at the virtual event Saturday night, winning statuettes for her performances in two high-profile productions for Deeper.
The flame-haired star was awarded Best Leading Actress for her magnetic performance in AVN Director of the Year Kayden Kross’ Muse, which won seven trophies, including Grand Reel.
Ward also received an AVN award in the category of Best Boy/Girl Sex Scene for the scene "Higher Power" with co-star Pressure in Mistress Maitland. The fetish-themed star vehicle for the actress also won Best BDSM Movie or Anthology and Best Cinematography.
“This is only my second AVN Awards show and I must say, I am excited and thrilled to be a part of it,” said Ward, who won two trophies last year in recognition of Deeper blockbuster drama Drive. “Thank you to AVN for their support, and to Kayden Kross and the team at Vixen Media Group for making my dreams a beautiful reality!”
