WELLS, Nev.—Madam Bella Cummins, owner of the legal brothel Bella’s Hacienda Ranch, has revealed the ins and outs of Nevada’s legalized prostitution industry in a new podcast interview on "Sapphire's Earplay." Hosted by Mehgan Sapphire, the episode, "Transactional Touch with Madam, Bella," was released on July 7.
