LOS ANGELES—Leana Lovings will host a mental health-themed online seminar for adult industry performers titled "Self Compassion and Coping in Sexwork: A Workshop" Friday at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET via Zoom.

“I developed the outline for the event, but I want to give specific credit to Seth Gamble, Bree Mills and Tiffany from Invision Models for our specific and extended talks on what to do to give more resources to the community,” Lovings said. “The concept was contributed by all of us. We wanted to help our community.”
“What is the thing each of us can do now to support one another? We can be present for each other," she added.
The event will feature guest speaker Dr. Coralis Solomon, PhD, LMHC, NCC, who specializes in the prevention of burnout and addressing occupational stressors. Dr. Solomon is a widely recognized international speaker, boasting more than 80 presentations, including eight keynote addresses. She has also served as the keynote speaker for the 2021 American Mental Health Counselor Association (AMHCA) annual conference, was chosen as the featured wellness presenter for the 2016 American Counseling Association (ACA) conference, and most recently presented for the United Nations at its 2024 Happiness Summit on the topic of Healing With Laughter.
