LOS ANGELES—Free the Kink will host "Kink 4 a Cause," a 24-hour live fundraising event streaming on the Mon app to benefit Pineapple Support at 8:30 a.m. MST on Saturday, Jan. 14.
The virtual event will feature education, fun, and special guests all in an effort to raise funds and awareness for the nonprofit organization dedicated to the mental wellness of those in the adult entertainment industry. Pineapple Support provides 24/7 online emotional support as well as free and subsidized professional therapy and advice to all performers and others in the adult industry.
“This event is important to the adult entertainment industry, the resources and services offered and that are available through Pineapple Support save and enrich lives," said an event organizer. “Raising money for this organization will ensure that help will be available when those in need reach out for it. We’ve lost too many wonderful people”
Kink 4 a Cause is a Free the Kink organization designed to spread awareness and raise support for organizations that offer resources, outreach, education, or any other service that enriches the lives of those living alternative lifestyles.
