LOS ANGELES — Kimmy Granger received four 2018 AVN Award nominations.
Granger got two nominations in the Best All-Girl Group Sex Scene category. The first was for “Best Friends or Lesbians?" with Aiden Ashley and Salena Storm from X-Art and distributed by Adult Source Media.
