Kimber James Makes Mainstream TV Premiere on E! Television

LOS ANGELES—Adult star Kimber James is making her mainstream debut on E! Television’s new reality show, Botched. Botched puts beauty and the multi-billion dollar world of plastic surgery under the microscope. In the show, two highly successful plastic surgeons, Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif, are brought in to repair botched cosmetic procedures and restore patient’s lives.

Kimber James is an exotic mix of Italian, Cuban and Cherokee who entered adult in 2007 and quickly became one of the most popular t-girls the industry has seen, scoring the cover of AVN Europe and DVD box covers, and winning the 2010 AVN Award for Best Transsexual Performer as well as a 2014 AVN Award nomination for her website, that continues to be a top revenue earner.

Airing Sunday night, July 6, at 10 p.m. PST and EST, taking over the Keeping Up with the Kardashians time slot, Kimber will appear on Episode 3 of Season 1 of Botched. The show gives Kimber’s background story and follows her through the stages of her journey including discussing her upcoming procedures with doctors and close friends, the actual surgery, follow-up visits, and the big reveal of her new face and body.

“I’m excited for my episode to finally air so people can not only see the brand new Kimber, but also see me in my first mainstream hit TV show,” said Kimber James. “This is the beginning of a new career for me, and I’ve already had interest from mangers and agents—I just have to figure out which would be the best fit.”
