LOS ANGELES—Kayla Green may hail from east of the Urals, but in her newest scene for MixedX, "Russian Sushi", she plays a selfish stepmother to rebellious teenager Mona Blue, and the tension between the two is a joy to behold, now at MixedX.com.
“I filmed my very first G/G scene with Kayla in 2017. I looked at her with admiration even then and ever since,” said MixedX CEO Christina Shine. “I consider her a beautiful woman, and by far one of the best actresses I have met in my career. It is an honor for me to be able to present her in my own production now.
“Such a strong character is not easy to play, especially on a taboo subject; if the actor does not take her role seriously, it can ruin the film, but Kayla is a true professional. Mona Blue, who played her part beautifully, is just starting out and we would definitely like to shoot many more special scenes with her in the future. I am grateful to them for working with us and bringing out the best in themselves.”
"Russian Sushi" is a holiday treat for fans of taboo family relations films; at 40 minutes long, the scene, beautifully shot in 4K Ultra HD, captures just the right tone, thanks to cinematographer Zsolt.
