LOS ANGELES—Kay Carter is featured on the cover of Mike Adriano’s True Anal Addiction 5, the newest installment of the popular anal sex series, now available.
“True Anal Addiction 5 is such a fitting name. It really is an addiction and I always have a blast filming," Carter said. The blonde starlet shares the cover with fellow performers Anna de Ville, Neveah Snow and Sophia DeLuxe. The cast also includes Karly Baker, Adriano and Steve Holmes.
