LOS ANGELES—Colombian-American adult performer Kat Dior adds a number of new items to her résumé with the debut this week of her own website, ClubKatDior.com, as well as her voiceover work on the currently airing 2017 AVN Awards Show and more.
Longtime AVN Awards executive producer Gary Miller said of Dior, "Kat was an absolute pleasure to work with. She did whatever was asked of her in her participation with the comedy segents as well as her appearance on stage. I think she came off as a great representative of the women of the adult industry."
"When Gary Miller asked me to come in to do a voiceover, I had no idea what that would entail," Dior revealed. "But now I've done three major VO this year, including a narration for Girlsway's feature movie series Extradition and all of the voiceover work for Scott David's Oral Ace infomercials."
She continued, "Doing voiceover work is fun but the best part is seeing the final product on screen. Watching the AVN Awards for the first time was a shock becuase when put together, it looks so huge! A bit overwhelming to say the least."
Dior also landed a prominent role in director Will Ryder's latest, the Adam & Eve comedy Bad Girls Inc., for which she's harboring hopes of garnering a Best Supporting Actress nomination at next year's AVNs.
"That would be amazing if I got nominated," she said. "I was cast to play a stoned receptionist and when I received the script, my character was way bigger than I expected. I was in direct support of Katie Morgan and Ryan Ryder, who are like my acting idols. It was such a pleasure to work with them both. This movie was so much fun to film. I can't wait for everyone to see it. So much hard work was put into it by the entire crew."
Commented Ryder, "Kat Dior is not only beautiful, she's a very talented actress, so be warned."
This is Dior's second stint in the industry after taken a two-year break to be with a Las Vegas boyfriend. This time around, she says she has a newfound energy. "I shot my first porn scene when I was 19, and now I'm addicted to the camera," she enthused. "You can't keep me away from nasty sex and d.p.s. There's just no way."
She also notes that this job is a lot more fun than her earlier ones, including her gig as a medical assistant. "I saw a lot of naked men, but I wasn't able to fuck them. What's the fun in that?" she joked. "I'm happy and I get fucked for a living."
