LOS ANGELES—Award-winning performer Karla Lane has received two award nominations for the upcoming 3rd annual Pornhub Awards. The BBW performer is nominated for Big And Beautiful Top BBW Performer as well as the fan-decided category Favorite BBW Model. The award show will be held online on Dec. 15.
