LOS ANGELES — AVN has taken notice of Karla Lane’s performance in PureTaboo.com‘s “The Weight of Infidelity,” as it has given her a nomination for Best Actress – Featurette.
“The Weight of Infidelity” casts Lane as Karen, who is having an affair with the married John, played by Tommy Pistol. Angela White (who also wrote the story) plays Angie, who realizes John’s affair and manipulative ways. The two women devise a revenge plan against John, who doesn’t suspect a thing.
Lane said, “I’m very excited about my nomination for Best Actress in the Featurette category, I couldn’t be happier. I’m truly honored to be the first plus-size performer to ever be nominated for an AVN Award in an acting category. None of this could have been possible without Angela White and Bree Mills creating this project for Pure Taboo and choosing me for the role.”
