Newcomer Blake Wilde plays Evelyn, a lustful landlady with voyeuristic tendencies, for the U.K. studio’s newest glamcore release.

Housemates 3: The Landlady opens with landlady Evelyn (Blake Wilde) attempting to come between Hannah (Katana) and Lucas (Juan Lucho), but he’s too smooth to fall for her hands-on attempt at sabotage. Then, Evelyn is awakened by sounds next door; when she goes to check on her neighbors, she discovers tenants Arya (Julia Roca) and Finn (Sylvan) have invited a friend (Liz Rainbow) for some blissful intimacy, and she can’t help but secretly look in on the hot session. Watching the threesome makes Evelyn fantasize about the best sex she’d ever had—with Javier (Miguel Zayas).
