LOS ANGELES—Adult stars Jessica Ryan and Will Pounder have announced a Valentine’s Day release directed by Anna Lee for women-led erotica brand, afterglow. "Arousal" explores the complex journey of a couple’s love in a committed relationship.
“Will and Jessica brought not only amazing chemistry for the sex scenes but also emotional depth to the plot and storyline of this cinematic and romantic film,” Lilly Sparks, afterglow founder and CEO, said.
Ryan added, ”Shooting 'Arousal' was an unforgettable journey in my career, as Anna Lee had coached me through an emotional script, something that I don’t normally get to indulge in on an adult film set. It’s been years since I have had to properly act out ‘upset’ and shed tears, or given the space to emote that dynamic.
“Also, co-starring with Will Pounder is always a good day on set, but especially this one as I couldn’t have asked for a better male partner in this storyline.”
Pounder stated, “I had been anxiously waiting for 'Arousal' to be released because Jessica is so gorgeous and really a terrific person, but also it’s so much easier to be ‘authentically convincing’ and not ‘false’ in your acting when the person whom you’re working with has Jessica’s chops and dedication.
