NEW YORK—Jessica Ryan is set to headline at Sapphire Times Square Gentlemen’s Club Thursday night. She will also be a guest on "The SDR Show" podcast tonight at 6 PT/9 ET.

Ryan, in her first feature engagement since signing with feature dance booking agency The Lee Network, will be performing on the main stage at Sapphire. “Sometimes I feel like I’m inhabiting an interesting version of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and living my life in reverse," Ryan said. "Many women dance before they do porn, do girl/girl before they do boy/girl, etc. I began my career as boy/girl only, and now I’m getting into exotic dancing. I’ve always felt an allure with exotic dancing. Before I got into porn, I felt this wild call—a lot like the drums in Jumanji—to my exhibitionism that I had stuffed down when I was 18, trying to be who my family and the world thought that I should be. Engaged, early 20s going on 80 years old, and about to say goodbye to my life before I lived it.
"Going to school full time and working, I didn’t have the time to dance on the stage or in the laps of strange men, so I found porn.
