WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—The multi-award-winning director known simply as "Ivan" has used his self-isolation "quarantined time" to allow his leg to heal—and to keep creating new projects as well as expanding on previous ones. His self-quarantine started up again on March 4 after his ninth and final leg surgery, but this didn’t keep him down as he quickly jumped into creative mode with brand new projects.
With much of the world being on lock-down, Ivan sprang into action for Alt Erotic, creating "Quarantined and Horny", a series of self-shot solos by alt models from around the globe. This series of scenes will be available on the Alt Erotic Network. A self-shot interview of promos by the models will be featured on TattooAddiction.com's YouTube channel as "Quarantined and Inked."
"I see way too many people complaining of boredom. They just can't think outside the box," groused Ivan. "Their new boredom is an extension of their previously boring situations. I wanted to channel all the pent-up energy into creating, into reaching out to people to see how they are, to cleaning up loose ends. People who have used previous excuses of being too busy to reach out or create now have no excuse. They're either too lazy or don’t care. I choose to build on my personal humanity and brand. If life gives you lemons, turn them into a Strawberry Smoothie. Fuck your lemonade!”
Besides the "Quarantined" projects, new inserts have been shot for Ivan's Car Jackerz 2 as well as Ho Hunters 2. A new upcoming Puba project is almost complete as the injury and quarantine seem to energize Ivan to even more creativity. His podcast KingSlivan.com has been picking up steam with eight podcasts recorded and four already available to the public, amongst which he shares on-set stories, part one of his conversation with Leya Falcon, and an openly emotional podcast minutes after finding his cat passing away in front of him.
