LONDON—Erika Love is teaming up with Imperfectly You to offer free yoga classes to the adult community.
Imperfectly You is a well-being community for sex workers founded by Emma Martin, a well-being coach and adult industry worker based in the U.K. Love is an award-winning content creator, Pineapple Support ambassador, and now a certified yoga teacher. Together, they represent a global movement of health and wellness support for the adult community.
“Our mission at Imperfectly You is to unite individuals working within the adult industry through virtual hangouts, well-being workshops, and classes. We want to empower workers with the tools to enhance their well-being whilst feeling supported by their peers. Human connection is at the heart of what we do,” said Martin.
“It doesn’t matter your size, your age, or what your job is—yoga is for everyone. Real Yoga focuses on people with real bodies and real minds. I want our community to feel the benefits of breathing and moving in a judgment-free zone,” said Love. “We don’t realize how much stress and trauma we hold on to, and yoga will help reconnect our bodies and minds.”
