LOS ANGELES—Camming network ImLive is set to host its second hentai-themed party, this one dubbed the "Advanced Hentai Action Party," beginning this Wednesday, May 13 and running until Monday, May 18. The six-day online gathering will bring together gamers, cosplayers and hentai fans from around the world.
“We are very excited to have another collaboration with HentaiHeroes.com. We are sure to have a similar or probably even bigger success story than in our previous campaign,” said Tal Bar Cohen, chief marketing officer at ImLive. “This concept really elevates both the camming and the gaming experience and brings enormous popularity for our models as well, who can show their talents on a whole new level.”
The event follows the Hentai Look-Alike Party held in February which received more than 100,000 viewers on the ImLive platform, of which more than 10,000 became active webcam members of the live cam site.
Models dressed up as the well-established hentai characters from the gaming site and hid behind cartoon avatars on ImLive, but once the visitor clicked on the avatar, it revealed a real model, decked out in full hentai gear. The three-day party accompanying the campaign was a huge success and traffic went over the roof, allowing ImLive’s affiliate partners to monetize handsomely during the event.
As before, the top three winning models (voted so by the members) in this month’s event will receive an avatar on the gaming site and will also be awarded a cash prize bonus.
Like with ImLive's recently launched campaign in support of maintaining social distancing called "Stay Home, Don’t Date," which offers a $50,000,000 giveaway, new users of the hentai niche will receive a 50 credit bonus each for enjoying the hentai party from the safety of their homes.
