Cam Site honeybare Set to Launch June 4

CYBERSPACE—New camming platform honeybare.tv opens its doors on Friday, June 4.

Built by a small team of adult industry professionals, the site has been in development for two years.

According to promotional materials, honeybare.tv "was born from a desire to see a more performer centered site that celebrated creativity and personality." In addition to in-house safety features, the site will be commissioning a Performer Advisory Board to keep the community informed and involved.

"From my own experience, I'd see a lot of work go into costumes, sets, and activities for creative shows that were just getting buried on these other sites, and we want to create a place to celebrate the thoughtfulness and creativity that goes into live cams," said founder Mr. Mustache, an experienced programmer and adult performer.

The site will launch with live cams as the focus, but will also offer paywalled content on performers' feeds. Note its creators, the platform was built with simplicity and functionality in mind, while still boasting optimized streaming using a “low latency protocol.” It will also focus on creating fun features, such as the ability to put stickers over one's stream, which users can slowly peel away by tipping.

"Our job is to build a dependable, streamlined product," Mr. Mustache said. "Performers should only have to focus on putting on their best show.”
