VALENCIA—Nominees for the upcoming XCritic Awards were announced earlier this week, and among those nominations were two given to the stars of the feature Alien Rhapsody, written and directed by Serene Siren for all-girl adult studio Girlfriends Films. The feature's star, Lacy Lennon, was nominated for Best Actress for her lead role in the feature, and also for Best Girl on Girl Action along with scene partner Verronica Kirei.
Following the announcement, Lennon tweeted, “Thank you so much XCritic for my nominations for Girlfriends Films with Miss Verronica Kirei directed by Miss Serene Siren.” Lennon’s co-star and fellow nominee Kirei tweeted back, “This is amazing news!”
Moose, President of Girlfriends Films, echoed the sentiment by thanking XCritic and congratulating the nominees: “Thank you to everyone at XCritic for recognizing our amazing talent for their performances in Serene’s feature for Girlfriends. We’re very lucky to have such amazing talent working with us, and we greatly appreciate the support you guys give us all year long. Congrats to the nominees.”
Alien Rhapsody also recently garnered two AVN Awards performance nominations in the categories of Best Leading Actress, for Lennon in the lead role, and Best Non-Sex Performance, for writer/director Siren.
