Seminar, Lecture, Workshop Schedule Announced for 2018 Fetish Con

ST PETERSBURG, Fla.—Fetish Con announced its workshop and seminar schedule for this year’s fetish industry and community trade show, taking place Aug. 9-12.

“Following last year’s feedback to expand our Kinky Classes, we have put together a learning track with a diverse selection of topics geared towards the beginner, as well as the more experienced, within the fetish and alternative lifestyles,” said event promoter Genesis Lynn. “Everything from legal seminars, adult business workshops, and lifestyle classes, there’s truly something for everyone. We’re looking forward to presenting this year’s exciting class schedule!”

Sponsored by Clips4Sale,Fetish Con is one of the largest networking events for the fetish industry and community on the East Coast.

This year’s Kinky Classes curriculum, sponsored by Caliente Resorts and My Kink Club, will offer nearly 60 seminars, lectures, and workshops over the four-day weekend, with a mix of business and lifestyle workshops on both how to navigate being in the lifestyle, as well as practical workshops on technique. Thursday’s Kinky Classes schedule in particular, named FACTalks (Fetish – Adult – Clip Talks), is specifically geared with a specific focus on the B2B market, including content producers, models, photographers, and studio owners.

“Business to Business (B2B) seminars and panels are the cornerstone of learning when it comes to the fetish and adult industry,” said Lynn. “We all learn from those who have blazed a path before us, and fought the fights which needed to be addressed, to allow our industry to thrive. Whether it’s a landmark legal decision, or a new law that effects the industry, all the way to important social issues, such as mental health, and even new technologies and advances in websites, sharing ideas and business strategies which have been successful to building a recognized fetish or adult brand means we all can grow and succeed as a community. We all have something to share and to learn from our industry peers, and through our new FACTalks series, we hope to add to that discussion for a better future for all industry members.”
