LOS ANGELES—TransAngels actress Emma Rose garnered six nominations for the 2022 Trans Erotica Awards (TEAs) and took home the most prestigious award of the night.
Throughout the ceremony, Rose's name was called for awards like Best Self-Producer, MV Trans Performer of the Year and more. Finally, she was announced as the "Hardcore Performer of the Year" winner. She headed for the stage to accept the top honor and thanked those who helped her build her career and gave her projects and support.
Said Rose, “I was honestly shocked that I won because I was up against so many top models. I’m so thankful to have won and glad I was there to accept the award and personally give thanks. Most of the awards I’ve won over the past two years have been virtual, and it’s just not the same. Steven [Grooby, owner of Grooby Productions] and his team really put on an amazing awards show, and it was an incredible night."
