CYBERSPACE—Comedians Greenberry Lucas and Kerstin Porter of the "Adult Buddy Finders" podcast have released a two-part show about their first-time experiences at DomCon Los Angeles.
"Adult Buddy Finders" is a comedy web series based on the challenges of Lucas and Porter, as they look to make platonic friendships as adults. The pair discuss sex, fetish, relationships, cuddles, bodies, and more to help grown-ups find their "adult buddy."
Lucas began, "I've never been to anything like this. One of the coolest things here that I liked was the beginner mixer… This is the perfect way to jump in, get to know people and what their interests are."
The latest DomCon in Los Angeles brought together over 1800 guests, including BDSM professionals, fetish models, and enthusiasts in the kinky lifestyle. Many from advanced to curious are drawn to DomCon's classes, demonstrations, socials, performances, and its fetish parties. The vendor area is known for the latest innovations in bondage gear and kinky products.
"We learned about stun guns, cattle prods, and shock collars," said Lucas.
Porter added, "And then some bondage, and tying. Some spanking, and body mapping… My favorite part was having a nonverbal safeword."
Lucas noted, "One of the big takeaways is how to be safe when you're doing these things. That could cause very serious harm if you're not doing it safely… We had a lot of fun, we spent a lot of energy, and we're ready to share that with you."
DomCon will host its convention in New Orleans on Oct. 26 to 29, at the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel, 739 Canal Street, in the historic French Quarter. Registration for the upcoming expo is now open and the reservations for the room block of the host hotel are available.
JustFor.Fans, Bad Dragon have already signed on for sponsorships for the New Orleans convention. The yearly DomCon 2nd Line Parade is in the planning stages, and the show is now accepting applications for presenters.
