HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Taiwanese-born adult film director Bloomer Yang has received his first AVN Awards nominations for his directing portfolio, scenes, and stand-up comedy.
Yang’s crowning nomination was for Best Directing Portfolio – Narrative, and his work is a reason that Delphine Films earned a Best New Production Banner nod. Three of his scenes also received nominations—"Three” starring Maya Woulfe, Codey Steele, and Robby Echo, was nominated for Best Three-Way Sex Scene – M/F/M, "Cooking Show" garnered the Mark Stone Award for Outstanding Comedy nomination, and "Miss Santa Needs Some Sugar" starring Madison Summers, Ana Foxxx, Alexia Anders, Donny Sins, Damon Dice, and Kyle Mason snagged a nomination for Best Foursome/Orgy Scene. Aside from Yang's directorial nomination, he was also nominated for his stand-up appearances as Oliver Wong and scored a Mainstream Venture of the Year nomination.
