LOS ANGELES—Curlyrican has been nominated Best Female Pro-Am Performer from the fan-voted 2023 Urban X Awards.
The starlet attended last year’s Urban X Awards ceremony, but this year she is returning as a nominee. Having become a fan favorite through her work for the pro-am studio FreakMob Media, she was nominated previously for Hottest Oral Creator Collab in the 2023 fan-voted AVN Awards.
“It’s been an unimaginable, amazing journey,” Curlyrican said. “I feel as though I closed my eyes for one second when I decided to start semi-amateur, and when I opened them I was already nominated?! The love I’ve received to even get this close has made me extremely overjoyed and I hope to always make fans’ fantasies come true, and make you guys feel that Caribbean passion that characterizes us in every single one of my videos. I love you guys so much!”

The Urban X Awards ceremony, making its post-COVID return to a full awards program, will take place Aug. 20 at renovated Beaux Arts-style movie palace The Globe Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.
