CLEAR Donates Over $1,000 to the PSF in Its First Month

MIAMI—CLEAR has donated a total of $1,025.04 from the proceeds generated by its store during the month of June to the Performer Subsidy Fund, commonly known as the "PSF," in partnership with PASS.

With that initiative, CLEAR has pledged to donate 100 percent of the profits from its merchandise store to the PSF. The initiative will empower the fund to once again subsidize testing for adult performers who face financial challenges in accessing crucial testing services.

CLEAR CEO Humberto Buniotto emphasized, "While $1,000 may not seem like a lot, it can be a lifeline for individuals striving to make ends meet. We recognize that it is not the ultimate solution, but it is certainly a significant step forward. We embarked on this journey to become agents of change and advocates for good within the industry. We firmly believe in the power of collective action."

To ensure fair distribution, PASS divides the available funds into equal payments based on the number of subsidy requests received within a specific period. For instance, if PASS has $1,000 at its disposal and 25 performers apply for subsidies, each performer who applies on a given period will receive an electronic check for $40.

All performers are strongly encouraged to reach out to [email protected] for more detailed information on the application process. To qualify for the subsidies, artists will need to present a recent test from a PASS-certified testing facility.
