MELBOURNE—Last Thursday night, Aussie performer Charlie Forde took home the trophy for Best Newcomer Porn Star at the 22nd annual Australian Adult Industry Awards (AAIA), held at the Hyatt Regency in Sydney.
The honor was one of seven for which Forde was nominated.
“The 2021 awards ceremony was magical, from the red carpet to the attendees to winning Best Newcomer Porn Star!" Forde said. "This is my favorite awards show, so I’m happy it wasn’t a virtual event and that I could accept my award in person. It’s an amazing award to win and makes me want to work even harder this year! I’m excited about my future in the adult industry and am laser-focused.”
