LAS VEGAS—Cosplay cam model and multi-award-winning content creator Catjira will speak among other industry professionals at this year’s YNOT Summit.
She will join cosplay performers OmanakoWivi, Little Puck, Kat Bellatrix, Raven Noir and Joclyn Stone on July 7 at 2 p.m. PT for the panel “Connecting With Fans Through Cosplay, Video Games and Pop Culture” to discuss how to make new fans and keep existing ones engaged by dressing up as their favorite characters, streaming video games and discussing pop culture during live streams.
“Catjira is one of the webcam sector's biggest stars, with a huge base of fans attracted to her creative and playful cam shows. She has demonstrated an elite ability to connect with people through cosplay and a shared love of pop culture and video games, which I think demonstrates the game-changing potential of interactive platforms on adult entertainment,” YNOT CEO and co-owner Connor Young stated.
Catjira will also join psychotherapist Rachel Wright and performers Gem Stoned, Minnie C. Riley, Buck Angel and MelRose Michaels on July 8 at 4 p.m. PT for the “Prioritizing Your Mental Health” discussion and panel.
“Despite the fact that every single one of us has experienced a worldwide pandemic in the last year, I decided to make a significant life and career change from camming full time on one platform for the last six years to switching to an entirely new one," Catjira said. "I also have eased back on free live streaming as a whole and have moved more towards a PPV live stream and content creation focus with premium social media for my own mental health and wellbeing. These choices have changed my life for the better and developing healthy habits has significantly impacted me in the most positive way possible. I’m excited to share my last year of experiences with people and hope I can help other performers and encourage them to make choices that will help their mental state.”
