BERLIN—Model and content creator Catherine Knight returned to the runway during Berlin Fashion Week for Namilia's Spring/Summer 2024 collection titled, "In Loving Memory of My Sugar Daddy." The show took place on July 12.
Knight's appearance on the catwalk was a special occasion, marking her return to the fashion world after about four years. Before gaining recognition as an adult performer, Knight was a noted fashion model in South America and Europe.
The Namilia collection showcased Knight in an avant-garde outfit that was comprised of a large silver crucifix, a cross made of leather straps, black knee-high boots, and a long black veil. The collection's theme, "In Loving Memory of My Sugar Daddy," added an intriguing layer of narrative to the show.
Reflecting on her runway appearance, Knight said, "It was an amazing experience to be back on the runway. It had been about four years since my last runway show. I also collaborated with the DJ and producer (R0ben), who made the music for the show. It was a voiceover of me (the sugar baby) talking on the phone with my bestie and telling her that I was going to my sugar daddy's funeral. That voiceover was used along with the music as the models walked the runway."
