The club is located at Sapphire 39 is located at 20 West 39th St., New York, NY 10018. The cover charge is $40 and the club is open until 4:00 a.m.
The tattooed starlet will be on stage at midnight and will be available after the show for a meet-and-greet where she'll pose for selfies, sign autographs, and have DVDs and other merchandise on hand for fans to purchase. She'll also be available for VIP lap dances.
