VALENCIA, Calif.—In director B. Skow's latest release, sibling rivalry escalates to taboo hardcore sex in his latest reimagining of the "gonzo" concept, A Gonzo Story: Family Matters. This special edition 2-disc DVD set is now available on the Girlfriends Films Distribution website and will be in stores nationwide December 16.
Each of the two discs features a story about sisters. The first stars Megan Sage and Lyra Law vying for the attention of Small Hands—or so he thinks. While he is busy with Lyra’s sister, she sets her sights on his best friend Bill Bailey. Disc 2 introduces sexy couple Jillian Janson and Chad White. When Chad gets a little too friendly with his little sister-in-law Kimmy Granger, big sister Jillian goes after Chad’s brother, played by Jessy Jones.
This is not the first time the director has highlighted rivalry among siblings in the A Gonzo Story series. Earlier in 2016, Skow released A Gonzo Story: Sister Swapping, which garnered a 2017 AVN Awards nomination for Best Polyamory Movie. When it comes to storylines involving sisters, director B. Skow says casting plays an integral part in the process of filmmaking.
“It has to be as realistic as possible,” said Skow, “and that starts with the casting. Looking for similarities in voices, body types, and faces is key to making the story believable.”
AVN also gave a nod to A Gonzo Story with nominations for Best Continuing Series, and Best Comedy for A Gonzo Story: Creampie Virgin. According to Skow, the response has been inspirational and motivating.
“I started this series so I could shoot wild, over the top, taboo stories combined with the type of sex gonzo fans love," Skow explained. "The huge success we have had with this series and the great fan feedback has been inspiring.”
As a special addition for Family Matters viewers, the director has included two bonus scenes on the 2-disc DVD set. The first features Kassondra Raine and Ramon Nomar from A Gonzo Story: The Mansion Family. Next is a scene from A Gonzo Story: Whoreouse Virgin starring Iris Rose and Tommy Gunn. Also contained on the DVD set is Skow’s signature BTS (behind-the-scenes) footage comprised of tease clips and individual intimate interviews with each Family Matters actress.
As to the future, B. Skow assures fans that they can look forward to more from the A Gonzo Story series in the coming months.
“As the series grows, I will continue to build on this success by creating new and interesting taboo stories, trying to discover new perversions, and shooting real sex at all the best angles,” he said.
