MONTREAL, QC—One of the stars of a feature created by Gamma Entertainment's Pure Taboo as well as its founder Bree Mills have been honored with two 2018 XRCO (X-Rated Critics Organization) awards for industry excellence.
Mills picked up an award for Best Director - Features, while Jill Kassidy was selected as Best Actress for her star turn in Pure Taboo’s Half His Age: A Teenage Tragedy.
"Thank you so much, XRCO, for recognizing the hard work we put in to entertain our fans, and bringing us together with such an amazing group of people,” said Mills. “I love going to work and getting to collaborate with some of the most extraordinary talents in this business. The awards are just icing on the very delicious cake!”
Mills also had kind words for Best Actress award winner Kassidy, who pleased viewers with her powerful work in Half His Age: A Teenage Tragedy.
“I’ve made it my mission as a director and producer to emphasize acting talent and how important it is to making good films,” said Mills. “Bringing a scene to life is more than just a great sex scene; it takes a unique personality and talent to make the character something special… and Jill is definitely something special.”
