bettybeauty, inc.'s Nancy Jarecki to Guest on #SexTalkTuesday

CYBERSPACE—#SexTalkTuesday announced today that bettybeauty, inc. founder Nancy Jarecki will serve as the guest moderator of the Jan. 24 edition of the Twitter-based chat show to discuss “grooming the hair down there.”

bettybeauty, inc. founder Nancy Jarecki is an innovator. Founded in 2006, bettybeauty, inc. is known for its award-winning "betty - color for the hair down there," the first-ever safe-to-use hair dye specially formulated for hair "down there," and for covering gray hairs. betty has been featured in Vogue, O: The Oprah Magazine, Forbes, The New York Times, and The Doctors for pioneering the product category.

Prior to founding bettybeauty, inc., Jarecki started her entrepreneurial path in Los Angeles. She was tapped to develop and launch the entertainment channel called Movietime, which launched in 1987. After it was sold in 1989, she was an instrumental part of the launch team for the network now known as E! Entertainment Television. In 1999, Jarecki and her husband, Academy-award nominated filmmaker Andrew Jarecki, sold their company MovieFone, the movie showtimes listing and information service, to AOL Time Warner.

Life changed for Jarecki in 2009 when she suffered a near death subarachnoid brain hemorrhage, yet survived against the odds. She is currently writing a memoir about her medical recovery, and she works with NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medicine’s brain health initiative programs.
