CYBERSPACE—#SexTalkTuesday welcomes five-time Emmy Award-winning journalist Leyna Nguyen as special guest moderator of this week's edition of the Twitter-based chat show, during which she will discuss “sex after 40, non-monogamy, and beyond.” The chat will run from 8 p.m.-9 p.m. ET.
After 26 years of covering hard news, Leyna Nguyen stepped away from the anchor desk to focus on family, philanthropy and fun. Previously, she made broadcast history by becoming the first newscaster ever to anchor the news on two stations in the same market, with the unprecedented Viacom-owned duopoly of KCBS and KCAL-TV. She has also appeared in over 35 television shows and movies such as NCIS, Boston Legal, Austin Powers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Currently, she is the host of the "Consenting Adults Podcast," which focuses on the active private lives of the 40+ crowd.
Nguyen stated: “Sexuality is such an important part of aging and I’m convinced that people who focus more on it as they age actually stay younger, and enjoy life more. After 40, you’ve taken care of your career, kids and family—now it’s time for YOU.”
