ST LOUIS, MO—Comedian and film director Anthony Rogers has a new podcast on Spotify that he's created with producer and satirist Bruce Sweeten—and his guests have included sex worker rights activist Ginger Banks, Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend Joslyn James, sex-therapist-turned-porn-star Della Dane, and calendar-girl-turned-porn-star Kimmie KaBoom.
During Ginger Banks' first time on the show, she talked briefly about her sex work, the 'incest porn' genre and showing up on the front pages of PornHub; Joslyn James answers questions with her usual sass and interesting wit; Kimmie KaBoom answers questions like "How many miles of dicks have you sucked?"; and Della Dane talks about becoming a porn star and previously being a sex therapist. Those and other stars have said in AVN articles and on social media that Anthony is hilarious and that they loved being on the show.
Let's face it: In a world of PC bullshit, Rogers' show is a refreshing change of pace. Anthony is vocal about his hatred for censorship in comedy and has a fucking hilarious sense of humor. He gives a lot of the credit to producer and friend Bruce Sweeten for making the show happen as well.
The show's been a huge hit and hilarious, and the number of listeners who've accessed the eight episodes online is crazy. Word is, people are listening to the shows over and over again—and in Rogers' view, something like this just might save the next generation of radio entertainment.
