Annie Cruz Interviews Savanna Samson For Hip-HopVibe.com

LOS ANGELES—Talk about your success stories! After years of highly disciplined ballet training, Savanna Samson left her home town in upstate New York at 17 and headed to Manhattan. But instead of continuing her ballet classes, she got a job dancing at a leading gentlemen’s club—and she loved it!

Vivid Radio host Annie Cruz interviewed Savanna for her #ThirstTrap Thursday feature, which will be posted on Hip-HopVibe.com on July 20. In the interview, listeners will learn how Savanna transitioned from ballet to strip club dancing, got friendly with Howard Stern and appeared on his radio show many times and then became a Vivid Girl, an exclusive contract performer with Vivid Entertainment for eight years starting in 2002. They will also learn what her life is like today as owner of her own vineyard in Tuscany, La Fiorita.

Savanna’s first adventure in the wine business after she left performing in adult movies was to start her own company, Savanna Samson Wines. Her first red wine, Sogno Uno, was awarded an “outstanding” rating of 91 by wine critic Robert M. Parker, who called it “really opulent and luscious.” In 2011 she bought Fattoria La Fiorita s.r.l. and her wines are now sold in fine wine stores and restaurants around the world.

Savanna merits the title “legendary” performer as she not only won many of the top awards in the adult industry, but she was inducted in both the AVN Hall of Fame and Vivid Entertainment Hall of Fame.

Her ThirstTrap Thursday interview reveals what her life was like as a Vivid Girl, which of her Vivid movies are her favorites, which director she enjoyed working with the most, which male star she found super sexy, how performing in the industry affected her own intimate relationships and the music she enjoys to listen to while having sex. Fans can see all of her movies on Vivid.com .
