Cuban-born Miami resident Angelina Castro has announced that she is hosting a party on Friday, March 8, at Centro Wynwood, 299 NW 23rd St., Miami, FL 33127, all to celebrate the fact that her Instagram followers have now topped one million! (Actually, 1,029,000.)
The party is sponsored by Sara Jay's Wyde Syde Entertainment, NSL Motorsports, My Cosmetic Surgery, and Porte Alegre Hialeah Brazilian Grille.
"I am very proud of reaching that milestone," Castro said. "It's very important to businesses that I promote for. Like a lot of girls, I had a lot of IG setbacks, including losing my account for a number of months. It was not easy to get it back. Over the years I had my account disappear countless times. Hopefully, my account is finally here to stay. I reach a lot of people through IG and it's a crucial part of my brand and business."
Angelina is also celebrating having created an entire new image for 2018: she's now sporting a new fit and trim look.
"My friends at My Cosmetic Surgery said I could benefit from their help and I decided it was time for a fresh look," Castro explained. "I am more into a healthy lifestyle than ever. No more chicken wings. I don't think I will ever qualify to win another BBW of the Year Award. I am always going to be curvy; now I'm curvy and healthy. I've been in this business for 10+ years. It was time for something new and fresh."
Angelina is active in mainstream, having been the first adult star ever to make a morning appearance on Telemundo, and is co-hosting a popular talk show SOS (Sex or Sexy) on Miratv.tv. In 2012, she made worldwide headlines as part of the #TeamBJ Twitter offer with Sara Jay, where the pair pledged to give followers oral sex if the Miami Heat won the NBA title. Castro appearances have included the Russell Brand show and a mention on CNN.
Angelina almost exclusively shoots for her official site which is part of Vicky Vette's VNA Girls Network along with stars such as Julia Ann, Penny Pax, Nikki Benz, Puma Swede and Sara Jay. Angelina was named Favorite BBW at the 2018 AVN Awards. Angelina is the spokesperson for a line of skin care products called Garners Garden, a full line of 100% natural plant based products such as soaps, facial care, hair and fluoride-free toothpaste.
