HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Sparks Entertainment, the production company behind the anticipated horror/slasher movie Scissors, has announced the addition of actress Alex Coal to the production's cast. Coal will play a mystery character that is being kept under wraps for now. Coal will be joining award-winners Jill Kassidy and Tommy Pistol, Isiah Maxwell, Avery Jane, Lacey Jane, and Shawn Alff. In Scissors, a group of friends finds themselves trapped in a remote cabin and being hunted by a mysterious killer wielding a pair of deadly scissors.
Coal is known for her roles in Sparks Entertainment's releases such as Lesbian Cosplay Vol. 1 And Lesbian Cosplay Vol. 2.
Movie director Harry Sparks said, "We are thrilled to have Alex Coal join the cast of Scissors. She brings a unique energy and intensity to her roles, and we know she will be a fantastic addition to our already amazing cast."

Scissors is directed by Sparks and produced by Sparks Entertainment. The movie is currently being crowdfunded via Indiegogo, with principal photography scheduled to commence in August 2023 for approximately seven days. After post-production is complete, the movie will be screened in front of press and sales agents at the American Film Market in November. A distribution deal will allow maximum mainstream exposure for the movie on major streaming platforms such as Netflix, Tube, and Amazon.
