LOS ANGELES—Top XXX producer Adam & Eve Pictures has been given six award nominations ahead of the upcoming 2019 XRCO Awards. Nods for The Cursed XXX, The Seduction of Heidi, and Losers Never Get Laid are spread across all the leading categories including Best Feature, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Actor and Best Comedy.

The 35th annual XRCO Awards will be presented in June in Los Angeles at an as-yet-undisclosed venue. The awards, presented by the X-Rated Critics Organization, will honor excellence and outstanding achievement in the adult industry.

The Cursed XXX, an instant blockbuster written and directed by Will Ryder, leads with three nominations including Best Feature, Best Director – Features, and Best Actor for actor/director Brad Armstrong. The film tells the story of a pretty young ingénue who comes to a cursed Hollywood cam house and discovers a strange evil presence after a young girl is found dead.

Whitney Wright and Ryan Driller were acknowledged in the Best Actress and Best Actor categories respectively for their roles in Kay Brandt’s erotic drama, The Seduction of Heidi, which is a film adaptation of New York Times bestselling author Selena Kitt’s acclaimed novel. The narrative details the eager and naïve Heidi (Whitney Wright) who takes an entry-level job at a large fashion company and is then introduced to the world of kink by her new boss (Ryan Driller).

Dick Chibbles earned the studio a nomination for Best Comedy with his directorial debut Losers Never Get Laid. The coming-of-age movie follows a young geek, Mike (Connor Kennedy), on his journey from sexual "nobody" to superstar. Starring alongside Kennedy are Alexa Grace, Katie Morgan, Britney Amber, Kleio Valentien, Mercedes Carrera, Sasha Heart, Skylar Snow, Miranda Miller, Tommy Pistol, Tommy Gunn, Evan Stone and the legendary Ron Jeremy in a non-sex role.

“On behalf of Adam and Eve Pictures, I would like to thank XRCO for its recognition of our films and the talented creatives who bring our stories to life,” said Rachel Vigneaux, executive producer. “Congratulations to all of the nominees, our entire team and partners for their amazing work and continued support.”
