LOS ANGELES—Adam & Eve has received 31 nominations for the 2019 AVN Awards, including nine for the blockbuster release The Cursed XXX and another nine for the critically-acclaimed erotic drama The Seduction of Heidi.
“We are honored by these nominations,” said Bob Christian, Adam & Eve’s director of new business. “We want to thank AVN and its staff for the recognition of filmmaking. We are very proud to make movies which bring entertainment and pleasure.”
The Cursed XXX, written and directed by Will Ryder led with nine nominations with Best Action/Thriller along with Best Actor – Feature for its star Brad Armstrong and for Ryder who was cited for Best Director – Feature and for his script which earned a Best Screenplay nod for the award-winning writer/director.
Also earning nine nominations was Kay Brandt’s The Seduction of Heidi which she wrote, based upon Selena Kitt’s bestselling novel, and directed, earning Best Drama nomination and Best Director – Feature for the award-winning filmmaker, whose script was also cited for Best Screenplay. The film’s star Ryan Driller received a Best Actor Nomination for his work in the acclaimed drama.

• Best MILF Movie – Hot Wives and Their Dirty Desires
• Best Non-Sex Performance – Shawn Alff for The Seduction of Heidi and Frank Bukkwyd for The Cursed XXX
• Best Solo/Tease Performance – Eliza Jane for “Loving Myself”
• Best Supporting Actor – Logan Long for The Seduction of Heidi and Eric Masterson for The Seduction of Heidi
• Best Supporting Actress – Kat Dior for The Cursed XXX and Romi Rain for The Seduction of Heidi
• Best Three-Way Sex Scene – Boy/Boy/Girl – Mia Li, Small Hands & Logan Long for Naked and Romi Rain, Alex Legend & Logan Long for The Seduction of Heidi
Adam & Eve’s Retail Division, which operates 76 stores in the U.S. and Canada, was cited for Best Retail Chain – Large (11+ Stores) while its flagship e-tail site AdamEve.com earned a Best Web Retail Store nod.
