The Woodhull Freedom Foundation is a Washington D.C.-based 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation named for 19th century activist Victoria Woodhull. Woodhull was a progressive and outspoken nineteenth-century Suffragette who introduced sex-positive values to America during the repressive Victorian era.

WWF works to affirm sexual freedom as a fundamental human right and fights to protect and advance freedom of speech and sexual expression for all lifestyles and all sex workers. Woodhull Freedom Foundation promotes sexuality as a positive personal, social and moral value through research, advocacy, activism, education and outreach.

Those that work in a wide range of sexually oriented businesses, and those into alternative lifestyles, such as BDSM, swinging, polyamory, and members of the gay community, know firsthand the condemnation that many in our culture direct at them.  “A Celebration of Sexual Freedom” brings together all of these communities to embrace their right to live as they choose and support WFFLA in fighting for their sexual freedom.
