Vivid Releases Braun's Latest: 'Superman vs. Spider-Man XXX'

LOS ANGELES—Comics fans, take note: Krypton’s true-blue Man of Steel and misunderstood antihero Spider-Man are together now on the X-rated screen, courtesy of a supercharged porn parody directed by Axel Braun and released by Vivid Entertainment.

Superman vs Spider-Man XXX: An Axel Braun Parody pits the two crimefighters against one another in a sexual faceoff, which be released on Vivid.com on November 6 and in stores nationwide on November 13.

“I wanted to spoof two of the most popular superheroes in the world, so I cast an outstanding group of dedicated actors, put them in seriously awesome costumes, surrounded them with gorgeous girls, and threw them in highly sexual situations,” said Braun, who recently took home five trophies at the 20th annual NightMoves Awards, including Best Director and a Lifetime Achievement award.

“It’s really an incredibly intense parody movie, on every level,” Braun said, adding that if he does say so himself, it’s “by far” his most entertaining superhero parody.

A safe-for-work trailer of the movie is up on YouTube.

“Axel is not only a brilliant director, but also a true, lifelong comic-book fan who really knows the spoofed characters inside and out. That’s why his adult superhero parodies are literally in a league of their own,” said Vivid CEO Steven Hirsch.

Ryan Driller and Xander Corvus reprise their roles as Superman/Clark Kent and Spider-Man/Peter Parker, headlining a cast that includes Capri Anderson as Mary Jane, Andy San Dimas as Lois Lane, Jenna Presley as Spider-Woman, Lily LaBeau as Liz Osborn, Alexis Texas as Miss Teschmacher, Kagney Linn Karter as Supergirl and Jazy Berlin in a star-making turn as Black Cat. As might be expected from a Braun parody, Superman vs. Spider-Man XXX is marked by lavish production values, spectacular visual FX, and the director’s usual attention to detail.

Superman vs Spider-Man XXX: An Axel Braun Parody was shot and mastered in 1080 HD and the 2-disc Collector’s Edition package includes, among the many extras, an erotic non-sex version. As with all of Braun’s superhero spoofs, the movie is not endorsed by or affiliated with any entity owning the rights to the characters.
