CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Pure Play Media celebrated a smooth transition as International Video Distributors (IVD) officially took the reins as Pure Play’s exclusive sales and shipping agent beginning the first week of November.
As the adult business landscape continues to evolve, so have PPM’s methods to maximize its Direct To Retail (D2R) business model, resulting in further enhancement from IVD’s superior sales and distribution.
The merger was announced in October after a comprehensive assessment of overall sales and distribution trends. IVD—a global leader in video distribution—was determined to be the premier choice for sales and shipping optimization, guaranteeing Pure Play Media will remain at the forefront of DVD distribution.
The transfer is now complete and Pure Play Media CEO Richard Arnold is pleased to report that there were no major problems or delays. “The last few weeks have been busy as we transferred all inventory and sales protocol to IVD; however, it has been a seamless process with their highly trained and experienced sales staff, sizable warehouses and high-tech delivery system already in effect.”
