LOS ANGELES - Peter Reynolds' Plaid Bag Media has agreed to represent Immoral Productions as exclusive distributor for broadcast, cable and worldwide rights deals.
Immoral Productions is a joint venture between AVN Hall of Famer Jim "Mr. Filth" Powers and amateur producer "Porno" Dan Leal. The company plans four releases this month and six in April.
"Porno Dan and I wanted to make our porn seen by as many people from all corners of the globe as possible," Powers said. "We want to make sure that people in Estonia, Colombia and Kenya had some happiness in their lives by watching the hot models we shot and realized that the best way possible for this to happen was to have Peter Reynolds of Plaid Bag Media represent our product."
Reynolds is enthusiastic about the partnership.
"Immoral Productions has an excellent eye for new talent, and their content will perform well on a variety of platforms," he said. "Also, I speak fluent Estonian, which is a plus!"
In support of the company's first releases and the signing of the Plaid Bag Media deal, Immoral Productions will be throwing a party this Thursday, March 5 at Blue Moon Nights, located at 4712 Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood. Jim Powers’ band Killroy and Juan Cuba's combo Los Ramones will perform live on stage.
"I have thrown many industry events all over Hollywood, but this is the first party I am throwing for Immoral Productions,said Leal. "I am doing my best to ensure that this is going to be the most immoral celebration of the year."
